Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.
Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn to ensure a clean flame and prevent soot. Avoid burning your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time. Extinguish with a snuffer or gently blow out the flame, do not use water.
For safety reasons, we can’t refill used vessels. Once a candle has been burned, the glass becomes heat-stressed and weakened, even if it appears intact. Reusing it for a new pour increases the risk of cracking or breakage during burning. We recommend repurposing your vessel for another use, such as planting your seed paper or holding keepsakes, and ordering a new candle for your next intention.
