 Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn to ensure a clean flame and prevent soot. Avoid burning your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time. Extinguish with a snuffer or gently blow out the flame, do not use water.

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface on the first burn. This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures your candle burns evenly to the edges every time.

Burn your candle in 2–4 hour intervals. Short burns may cause tunnelling, while excessively long burns can cause overheating.

This is completely normal for soy wax and doesn’t affect performance. It’s simply a natural characteristic of a pure, plant-based product.

Can I send my candle vessel back to be refilled for a new intention?

Accepted Answer

For safety reasons, we can’t refill used vessels. Once a candle has been burned, the glass becomes heat-stressed and weakened, even if it appears intact. Reusing it for a new pour increases the risk of cracking or breakage during burning. We recommend repurposing your vessel for another use, such as planting your seed paper or holding keepsakes, and ordering a new candle for your next intention.
