My Products

Lumen Rituale offers a range of witchcraft and ritual supplies, including custom spell jars, ritual candles, herbs and botanicals, crystals, ritual tools, educational resources and other products.

Many of my products are handmade or contain natural materials. Slight variations in colour, appearance, size and texture are normal and make each item unique.

My ritual products are intended for spiritual and personal practice. While each working is prepared with care and intention, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at checkout. I accept payments through the secure payment options available on my website.

Please ensure your order details, delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.

I reserve the right to contact you if I need additional information to complete your order.

Custom Orders

My custom spell jars, ritual candles and other personalised workings are prepared using the intentions and information you provide when ordering.

Once preparation has commenced, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed.

As these products are individually prepared, I do not offer change-of-mind refunds on custom orders. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Shipping and Delivery

I currently ship physical products within Australia only.

Orders are sent via Australia Post, and delivery times depend on your location and the postal service.

Dispatch timeframes are provided on my website or relevant product pages. Custom-made products and pre-orders may have different preparation and dispatch times.

I take care when packaging orders. If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact me so I can assist.

Returns and Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase.

I do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including on custom-made products.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not meet Australian Consumer Law requirements, please contact me at hello@lumenrituale.com.au.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or another remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Products and Educational Resources

Digital products, downloadable resources and online educational materials are provided for personal use only.

Access and delivery details will be provided at the time of purchase or through your member account.

Digital purchases are generally not refundable for change of mind once access has been provided. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.

Lumen Community Membership

Lumen Community is an online membership available to participants in Australia and internationally.

Membership provides access to educational resources, rituals, community discussions and other benefits described on the membership page.

Membership fees are charged monthly through my secure payment provider.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no long-term commitment. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals, and access ordinarily continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

Membership fees already paid are generally not refunded for change of mind, subject to your rights under applicable consumer laws.

Members are expected to follow my community guidelines. Serious or repeated breaches may result in restricted access or cancellation of membership.

Product Safety and Responsible Use

Please follow all safety instructions provided with my products.

Candles must never be left burning unattended and should always be kept away from flammable materials, children and pets.

Herbs, botanicals and other ritual ingredients are sold for ritual and spellcraft use unless specifically stated otherwise. They are not intended for consumption.

Crystals, small charms and other ritual materials should be handled appropriately and kept away from young children and pets.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and as intended.

Information provided through my website, products, rituals, articles and community is intended for spiritual, educational and personal interest purposes.
