Refund & Returns Policy

Each Lumen Rituale candle is individually crafted to order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@lumenrituale.com.au so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your claim is approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take several business days to complete the transaction.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description. These rights apply in addition to any store policies and cannot be excluded.
